Food diary after break.

Saturday 15th September.

Breakfast: two rolls dipped in humus.

Lunch: all day veggie breakfast.

Supper: cheese sandwich.


Sunday 16th September.

Breakfast: cinnamon bagel.

Lunch: 6″ Subway veggie patty.

Supper: half a thing of undercooked jalapeño poppers.


I need to find a way to eat healthier when out at gigs.
