Been slack in updating, not been slack in exercising. Today’ll be four weeks in a row that I’ve been to the gym every day after work. Started properly doing weights yesterday as well. Plan is to alternate weights and cardio.
Anyhow, here’s some bits from the various machines.
I could have cycled 66.11 miles to the New Forest.
I could have run 9.42 miles to Kingston-Upon-Thames.
I could have rowed 23.63 miles along the Thames past Maidenhead to Bourne End.
I could have cross-trained (?) 29.64 miles to the other side of Reading.
Yes, that’s all over small blocks of time, and on the flat, but it’s still fun to track it.
