Yesterday’s food/exercise diary.

Breakfast: two 500ml Diet Cokes, cinnamon bagel, jug of coffee.

Lunch: basil tofu with roast veg.

Supper: pizza and chips (work do!)

 

Exercise (back on treadmill as toe seems okay).

Treadmill: 2km in 10 minutes, 238 kcal.

Rower: 2.3km in 10 minutes, 138 Kcal.

Recumbent bike: 6.6km in 12 minutes, 179 Kcal.

Cross Trainer: 1.7km in 12 minutes, 126 Kcal.

Weight: 179lbs.
