No update yesterday (bit of stress stuff), so here’s yesterday and today:<\/p>\n

Monday:<\/p>\n

Breakfast: two 500ml Diet Coke,\u00a0cinnamon\u00a0bagel.<\/p>\n

Lunch: currant bun. Two pints orange juice and soda.<\/p>\n

Supper: M&S sandwich.<\/p>\n

No exercise.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tuesday:<\/p>\n

Breakfast: two 500ml Diet Coke, cinnamon bagel. Big cup of coffee.<\/p>\n

Lunch: Asparagus and parmesan risotto and cauliflower at work.<\/p>\n

Supper: Griddled halloumi, red peppers and courgette. Can of non-alcoholic Bavaria Wit beer.<\/p>\n

Two or three litres of water in there as well.<\/p>\n

Exercise:<\/p>\n

Bike: 5.1km in 9:54 minutes. Machine reports 140 KCal.<\/p>\n

Cross Trainer: 2.1km in 10:00 minutes. Machine reports 114 KCal.<\/p>\n
