Lunch: goat’s cheese/tomato tart and salad leaves.

Supper: avocado, beans on toast, veggie sausages.

Bike: 6.12km in 12 minutes, 192Kcal.

Rower: 2.36km in 10 minutes, 147Kcal.

Treadmill: 2.33km in 10 minutes, 107Kcal.
