Food/exercise diary.

Breakfast: cinnamon bagel, two 500ml Diet Cokes, jug of coffee.

Lunch: Pakora at work.

Supper: chilli linguine with home made arrabiata.

Exercise: did a load, lost my log of it… 🙁 Seventh working day in a row at the gym though!
