Op GFODT: Day 10

Missed a couple of days of posts due to life stuff. Can’t remember exactly what I ate on Friday, but let’s just say Friday evening through to Sunday lunch could come under the heading of ‘unhealthy’.

Anyhow, as I promised interesting stuff as well as my food and exercise diaries on here, there’s a really good post and photos on Soviet-era punk here.

Anyhow, food/exercise diary stuff after the break.

Friday exercise:

Bike: 7.4km in 15:00 minutes. Machine reports 201 KCal.

Cross Trainer: 2.9km in 15:00 minutes. Machine reports 150 KCal.

Rower: 3.0km in 15:00 minutes. Machine didn’t give me KCal.

 

Monday food:

Breakfast: cinnamon bagel, two 500ml Diet Cokes, large black coffee.

Lunch: pepper and squash gnocchi at work.

Supper: smoked tofu, spinach, mixed grains.

 

Monday exercise:

Bike: 8.1km in 15:00 minutes. Machine reports 222 KCal.

Cross Trainer: 3.1km in 15:00 minutes. Machine reports 170 KCal.

Rower: 3.3km in 15:00 minutes. Machine doesn’t report KCal.
